Terms of sale

Article 1: Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the MONARC SAS website. Any individual or legal entity placing an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or bank transfer, is considered a customer.

Article 2: Order and payment terms

The only accepted payment method on the website is credit card (CB). The order will be shipped after payment, within a maximum of 4 weeks for in-stock items and 12 weeks for non-stocked items. After this period, the customer may contact us to cancel the order and request a full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within one week of the customer's request.

Nordic walking clubs and coaches can benefit from special rates via promotional codes provided by M0NARC SAS.

For clubs, these rates are conditional on an order being placed in the name of the club with delivery of the products to its registered address. If the billing or delivery address is not that of a Nordic walking club, MONARC SAS reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

For coaches, trainers, and instructors, it is necessary to contact MONARC SAS in advance to provide a Nordic walking instructor certification, dated within the last 5 years. The order must be placed using the same name as that appearing on the certification. An order placed with a specific code for this activity, without a conforming certification having been received, may result in cancellation and refund by MONARC SAS.

Article 3: Delivery

Shipments are made by Colissimo tracked delivery. MONARC SAS is not responsible for the proper delivery of goods and cannot assume their loss. In case of loss during shipment, after issuance of the deposit receipt with the carrier, it is the recipient who must conduct the research.

Article 4: Return and withdrawal

In case of a return, shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. The customer has a right of withdrawal of 30 days, provided that the equipment is returned unused. Any non-compliant return will result in a deduction from the refund, corresponding to the existing damage or the state of wear of the returned items, up to the new value of the products at the time of their order, excluding shipping costs.

Article 5: Warranty

All our walking bows and accessories benefit from a legal warranty of conformity of twenty-four (24) months from the date of payment of the order. The legal warranty of conformity covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product.

We also offer a 12-month commercial warranty on the carbon body of the Walking Bows®. This warranty is valid only in the context of normal use of the walking bows in the context of Nordic walking practice. It does not apply in case of: modifications such as cuts in the carbon, alterations, unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence or accident.

The accessories that are the handles, gloves, and tips are not covered by the commercial warranty. They can be replaced by users if necessary and are for sale on our online store or through our partners.

Article 6: Intellectual property

All "MØNARC" (brand), MONARC S.A.S (company), "walking bows" and logos are the exclusive property of MONARC SAS and may not be used without the prior written consent of MONARC SAS.

Article 7: Applicable law and jurisdiction

Product sales via the website are reserved for individuals and expressed in VAT included. French law applies to these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as to all sales operations carried out by our company. Article 8: Modification of the general terms and conditions of sale

MONARC SAS reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time without specific communication to visitors or customers.
