Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the MONARC SAS website. Any individual or legal entity placing an order validated via our secure payment platform by credit card is considered a customer.

Orders

The only accepted payment method on the website is credit card (CB). The order will be shipped after payment, within a maximum of 4 weeks for in-stock items and 12 weeks for non-stocked items. After this period, the customer may contact us to cancel the order and request a full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within one week of the customer's request.

Nordic walking clubs and coaches can benefit from special rates via promotional codes provided by M0NARC SAS.

For clubs, these rates are conditional on an order being placed in the name of the club with delivery of the products to its registered address. If the billing or delivery address is not that of a Nordic walking club, MONARC SAS reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

For coaches, trainers, and instructors, it is necessary to contact MONARC SAS in advance to provide a Nordic walking instructor certification, dated within the last 5 years. The order must be placed using the same name as that appearing on the certification. An order placed with a specific code for this activity, without a conforming certification having been received, may result in cancellation and refund by MONARC SAS.
